Performance note:
The stage manager's report has 'Tread Softly' has the third work in the mixed bill (following this one after an interval), but the cast sheet lists only 'Carnival of Animals' and 'The Comedy of Change'. The stage manager's report does not say that 'Tread Softly' was announced as an addition to the cast sheet. It is unclear whether or not 'Tread Softly' was performed at this matinee.
