Pieter will guide you through this new yoga class. You’ll flow through the class and emphasise peace and calm within your own body each week.

About the teacher

A former Rambert and Royal New Zealand Ballet dancer, Pieter trained in Wellington at the New Zealand School of Dance and then did her Pilates and Yoga training in London.

Her classes challenge yet empower, balance strengthening with lengthening and invite spirituality and calm.

Classes will be socially distanced and we’re committed to providing a safe environment where all participants are confident to take part.
