Pilates – reformer on the mat: Open level

A chance to try the fundamentals of reformer Pilates without the expensive equipment: winner. Symeon will guide you in finding your own way of moving to make it comfortable for your own body. This class will use bands to introduce you to reformer techniques.

The Pilates reformer is best for individuals who are seeking to achieve core stability and good postural alignment. We would recommend bringing your own mat and bands if you have them. If not, they will be provided for you

About the teacher

Symeon Kyriakopoulos trained as a dancer at The Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor. His classes have a controlled pace but are strong with emphasising on technique and alignment. He integrates in his classes exercises that challenge coordination and balance.

Classes will be socially distanced and we’re committed to providing a safe environment where all participants are confident to take part.
