Contemporary: Intermediate

We dare you to take on a new challenge for yourself in this new contemporary class. Belinda will draw upon Release, Limon and Cunningham inspired techniques to develop a holistic approach to contemporary dance in a fun and inclusive environment. Starting with shorter technical exercises to build strength, the class will develop with long dance phrases with an emphasis on use of space, gravity and momentum as well as creativity and self-expression.

Suitable if: you’ve taken a few months of contemporary dance classes before, are comfortable with the basics and would like to develop your technique and creativity.

Full term: £150
Drop in: £13.50 (subject to availability, from 6pm the day before class)
