Introducing the new dancers of Rambert2

Following in the footsteps of our inaugural cohort, 12 of the world’s most talented young dancers have started their year-long journey as Rambert2.

Selected from hundreds of international applicants over a four-day audition, Nathan Chipps, Max Cookward, Clark Griffin, Emily Gunn, Michael Kelly, Prince Lyons, Vivian Pakkanen, Chen Peng, Melody Tamiz, Océane Robin Torrent, Minouche Van de Ven, and Juliette Wooden form our 2019 / 20 second ensemble.

Rambert2’s 2019/20 performance programme features SIN, a duet by Damien Jalet and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, created as part of their 2010 piece Babel(words), and two exciting new works from established New York choreographer, Andrea Miller, director of Brooklyn based Gallim dance, and emerging choreographer Jermaine Spivey, best known for his standout performances with Crystal Pite’s Kidd Pivot.

See Rambert2 perform fierce new moves on a stage near you.

"I’m super excited to develop my craft as a person and a dancer, and this [Rambert] is a safe space where I can do that. Being able to see the main company means that I can pull from them to develop new ways of moving.”
