Work note: The company was billed as Ballets Anglais de Marie Rambert at the world premiere in France. The work had its London premiere on 24 October 1937 at the Mercury Theatre. (During the French tour, Bentley Stone also performed 'Le Lutteur'', a solo he had choreographed to music by Lora Aborne, but no other information can be found about this solo.)
Production note: In the Mercury programme, Hugh Stevenson is credited as 'costumes and setting'.
