<description>
Several of Rambert's dancers have been asked to make guest appearances with two other dance companies. Malgorzata Dzierzon appeared at London's Sadler's Wells theatre with The Ballet Boyz during their The Greatest Hits! show this May, to positive critical acclaim.

 "The structure and dynamic of Wheeldon's creation constantly shift as Trevitt, Nunn, Panchenko and guest artists Malgorzata Dzierzon (from Rambert) and Edward Watson (from the Royal) elegantly work their way through its various episodes, set to Philip Glass." The Times

In addition, in a few weeks Alexander Whitley and Eryck Brahmania will fly to New York to perform with the Michael Clark Company (details below).

<title>Audio-described performance announced</title>
<link>http://www.rambert.org.uk/news/audiodescribed_performance_announced</link>
<description>
Rambert is currently involved in a pioneering new project with the Audio-description organisation, VocalEyes, to present the first audio-described contemporary dance performance. VocalEyes is already well-established as the leading describer of plays and traditional narrative ballets, but this project aims to also give blind and partially sighted audiences access to modern dance.

As contemporary dance is usually more abstract than traditional ballet, the description will be focused on the mood and rhythm of the movement, and the overall shape of the dancers on stage. An accompanying touch tour will enable patrons to experience, through touch, the costumes, dancers' bodies, and size and feel of the stage space.

Rambert's pilot audio-described performance will take place at Sadler's Wells, London , on Saturday 24 May, 2.30pm.
