To book onto one of Rambert's evening classes please download the enrolment form. Demand is high and allocation is on a first-come first-served basis so please ensure you complete the enrolment form fully including payment and post to:

Please note: Once you book for a term of classes, we are unable to refund you if you choose not to complete the term. Refunds or Credit Notes will only be considered if you are prevented from completing the term due to injury and this will be at the discretion of the Head of Learning and Participation.

Microsoft Word: To view the application form as a Microsoft Word document, you should have either a version of Word or one of the free Word readers available from Microsoft. Microsoft's Word reader software is available from www.microsoft.com. The application form can be saved to your computer and filled in on screen.
