Jane Woolley 
Freelance Dance Artist & Educationalist
Jane trained at the Laban Centre specialising in Education and Community Dance. She has a PGCE and 12 years teaching experience in education working in both primary, secondary & sixth form colleges with a special focus on Youth Dance. As Dance Development Officer for Brighton & Hove (2001-6), she established and continues to direct the nationally acclaimed B&H Youth Dance Company and has taught across a diverse range of communities including ‘hard to reach' young people, disability groups, elders and under 5's.
Between 2004 and 2009 she lectured at Roehampton University on the Community Dance & Teaching Artist modules as part of the BA programme. She regularly freelances for English National Ballet and lectures in choreography at Kensington & Chelsea College. She has been working as an Animateur for Rambert Dance Company for over 6 years delivering evening school classes, a range of youth dance projects and Inset training. She is currently studying for an MA at London School of Contemporary Dance at The Place.
