Training
I started to practice Yoga when I arrived in London. I did my first Yoga Teacher Training in India, and the other training in London, Thailand & Chester.

First memory of yoga
The first time I went in a yoga class, I have some prejudices and I didn’t expect to enjoy but to be bored. And I was completely wrong I just fell in love with the sensation of moving my body with the breath. It was just magic moment, a true revelation for me.

What to expect in your classes
I always think it’s better to not except anything from anything to avoid disappointment, and come to life with an open-heart and an open-mind. People can expect to feel their body in all meanings (from soft stretch to deeper one, from gentle movements to strong stability exercises). I always offer modifications and variations to suit different levels, or body limitations.
