Yoga with Pieter Symonds

Connects breath to movement. Participants should be comfortable and confident (or happy to play) with sun salutations, balancing postures, arm balances and inversions. The classes are intended to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness whilst balancing the body and mind.

We advise enrolling for the full 12-week term, and you can do so using the online form/links at the bottom of this page from 2pm on Monday 24 July. You’ll need to do so at least the day before the first class begins which for most classes will be during the week commencing 11 September. Places are subject to availability.
