Yoga with Pieter Symonds (Thur morning)
A slower paced stretch based class for those who are looking to balance the effort/energy of a vinyasa class or for those seeking a little more relaxation in their hectic schedules. Postures will be held for longer periods in order to encourage a state of restoration. The class will include pranayama (breath work), followed by a short slow flow sequence before delving into long stretches and a brief meditation.
The class is open to all levels and aims to shift the body into a more open, peaceful and calm state
