In this highly physical workshop we will be combining the principles of Flying Low philosophies with voice practice. This will lead us to experience how energetic pathways can transform our body, in order to mould our environment and command the full force of our physicality. We will explore how clear intention can charge performance and movement with power, direction, playfulness and potential.

Initially created by David Zambrano, Flying Low asks the body to heighten its energetic awareness, in order to meet and transform the hard surface of the floor and other obstacles around us.

Over the past nine years, Hannes has been adapting these principles into his own performance practice and uses them to examine ideas of authenticity, alertness, presence, integrity and the unlocking of potential.

To avoid friction burns, please bring clothing that covers your body. Kneepads might be required.
