Body Conditioning

An integration of Vinyasa flow, Yoga and Pilates specific conditioning, this class will focus on increasing strength, flexibility and stamina, leading to the development of greater body awareness, increased overall general fitness and the release of tension. Suitable for all abilities.

You’ll need to do so at least the day before the first class begins which will be during the week commencing 24 April. Places are subject to availability.
