It's already been four weeks since my trip to New York. What an amazing experience it was; I genuinely loved every minute of it. My hours were crazy and I saw nothing more than my hotel room and the venue, but it was worth it.

I'm sitting on a plane; destination JFK, New York. I'm listening to soft jazz music after watching three movies and my eyes are so tired but I just can't seem to sleep. I've choreographed for an event with (ex-Rambert dancer) Martin Joyce and the event goes live on Sunday 31 October.

So, the last I wrote was that our visit to Salford was completed. A lot has happened since then. The Monday immediately afterwards I was sent home to rest and ice my foot whilst waiting for an appointment to see a specialist. The earliest available appointment was the following Monday.

It's been a busy few weeks. The Company premièred Seven for a secret, never to be told in Salford a few weeks ago, which was absolutely fantastic. Now we're all back in Chiswick preparing for the Season of New Choreography at The Place this month.
