Estela Merlos
Estela trained at Escola de dansa Madó, Barcelona and at Central School of Ballet, obtaining the Solo Seal Award of the Royal Academy of Dancing and touring with Ballet Central. She then joined Cannes Jeune Ballet, where she danced works by Carolyn Carlson, Jean-Christophe Maillot and Eric Oberdorff among others.
From 2006-2008 Estela worked with IT Dansa, under the direction of Catherine Allard, where she performed works by Jiri Kyliàn, Nacho Duato, Ohad Naharin, Stijn Cellis, Rafael Bonachela, Jo Stromgren, Gustavo Ramirez, Alexander Ekman, and other renowned choreographers. Estela joined Rambert as an
Apprentice Dancer in July 2008.
