Estela Merlos
Estela trained at Escola de dansa Madó, Barcelona and at Central School of Ballet, obtaining the Solo Seal Award and touring with Ballet Central. She then joined Cannes Jeune Ballet, where she danced works by Carolyn Carlson, Jean-Christophe Maillot and Eric Oberdorff among others.
From 2006–08 she worked with IT Dansa, under the direction of Catherine Allard, where she performed works by Jirí Kylián, Nacho Duato, Ohad Naharin, Stijn Cellis, Rafael Bonachela, Jo Stromgren, Gustavo Ramirez, Alexander Ekman and other renowned choreographers. Estela joined Rambert in July 2008.
