John Wells
John was with Swiss Re Capital Management and Advisory (CMA) from 2000-2005. He was a member of the Management Committee, CEO and SEO of Fox-Pitt, Kelton Limited (FPKL), CEO and SEO of Swiss Re Capital Markets Limited (SRCML). John was also a member of the Risk Committee, Treasury and Liquidity Committee and Capital Commitments Committee.
John was one of the four founder members of Swiss Re Financial Products, a major part of CMA. From 1981-2000 he was with Greenwich NatWest and its predecessors in investment banking within the NatWest Group. He was Managing Director and Head of Debt Structuring Group, Director of Structured Finance, General Manager of Corporate Finance County NatWest Securities Japan, based in Tokyo. He attended Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.
