BAFTA Award-winning Thandie Newton is not only one of the world's great beauties, but an actress of uncommon talent and range.
Thandie was most recently seen in 2012 which was released by Sony and was one of the highest grossing films of 2009. The film was directed by Roland Emmerich and Thandie starred alongside John Cusack, Oliver Platt, Woody Harrelson, Amanda Peet, and Danny Glover.
She was previously seen in RocknRolla, written and directed by Guy Ritchie, starring opposite Gerard Butler, Tom Wilkinson, Jeremy Piven, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, and Idris Elba. Warner Brothers released the film wide on 31 October 2008. She also starred in Oliver Stone's film W, as Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice opposite Josh Brolin, James Cromwell, Elizabeth Banks and Ellen Burstyn. Lionsgate released the film on 17 October 2008.
Thandie was praised for her work in the Academy Award-winning Best Picture of 2006: Crash, the story of a multiracial group of characters whose lives interconnect following a car accident in Los Angeles. For her performance, Thandie received BAFTA (Outstanding Supporting Actress) and SAG (Best Ensemble) Awards.
