Joined: Rambert in 2013. Prior to this worked as a Soloist with Scottish Ballet.
Career highlights: In 2004, Luke performed with K Ballet (Japan) as part of the Frederick Ashton Gala at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York. At the 2013 Edinburgh Festival, he performed as Pierrot in Glen Tetley’s Pierrot Lunaire. Luke has created works with Page, Petronio, Jeyasingh and Pastor and performed in works by renowned choreographers including Balanchine, Forsythe, Alston, MacMillan, Wheeldon, Bourne, Bruce, Cunningham and Trisha Brown. In 2017 he was nominated for an Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in Dance for his performance in Mark Baldwin’s The Creation.
Other info: Whilst at Rambert, Luke has created Internal Dialogue and Touch for Rambert’s New Choreography platform. He has also created and performed two solos for Wilderness Festival: Map of The Human Heart and Body.
